There's one basic reason to consider this website a project – it's meant to evolve in time. Originally I thought it would be great if I could publish my own photographs in a way that would help me avoid the restrictions and disadvantages of the photo sharing web pages and social network sites. The solution was clear – a self made website, build upon my own capability and legal rights. Later on, during the development process, I started wondering if there's any sound reason to exclude my other ideas, related to other arts. The answer, of course, was No. That's why I decided two things – to dedicate my website to multiple arts, and to involve other people in time. The first move will be to create a properly named sub domain where artists around the world can share their works in a mutually acceptable manner. I know it's a hard job, but I'll keep going until it's done. Wish me good luck!
The Polar Ice
“The Polar Ice” is the codename of a project that will eventually become a novel. It was inspired by the English compound “cellar door”. A widely repeated claim first put forward by J. R. R. Tolkien holds that its sound is intrinsically beautiful{ref.}. Naturally, I built my own phrase that fits my sympathy for well done constructs. The title of the book will probably change in order to correspond with the content in the most suitable way. Currently there are no integral parts of the text. The project is more likely to be a collection of disjoined short scripts explaining certain ideas. As soon I manage to connect these ideas into a consequent text, I will report the result. The novel is intended to stress on the modern way of living, contemporary values an concepts, and their projection over the always evolving meaning of the word “normal”. The book will eventually be published here, either in one piece, or chapter by chapter. Have patience!
